Reflection
Tragic hero's are very important to the stories that they are in and the characters that are in the story.. Not every story has to have a tragic hero, but most fiction stories that are read will have some sort of tragic hero in the character list. It is important that the tragic hero has most of the traits described. Traits such as being born into nobility, responsible for their own fate, and facing tragic death with honor are what makes the tragic hero a tragic hero. The hero usually has a tragic flaw that will eventually lead to their own downfall within the story.

What is the most important thing to remember when reading Shakespeare?
What Shakespearean text is the most popular, and which is the easiest to read?

Reflection-100 Word

The way that Shakespeare spoke and wrote is very different than what we are used to hearing in today's world and language. According to the text, much of the vocabulary that Shakespeare used in his day, is still being used in today's world, but with a very different meaning or subject in mind. Because of the language barrier that has been created between today's language and vocabulary, and Shakespeare's language and vocabulary, many actors or readers have to sit next to a dictionary while reviewing lines so they can understand the subject that is trying to be made. Doing this helps the actor or reader better portray the lines and make sure the audience understands what is going on in the scene.

Why does vocabulary and language change so much in this amount of time?

I was able to learn many new things during this unit we have been working on. For one, I have learned many new things about myself. This unit has made me think about myself more, and question some of the topics that we were suppose to think about. Another idea I have learned from this unit is that not every essay will look or be the same. Each one has its own format and can still contribute the same amount of information just as much as any other essay.

10.17.2016-Reflection

I learned today that even though a lot of people do not like the idea of tests, they are still very important. They test your knowledge and skill in a certain area, and this will make sure you know everything you are suppose to know for the job. Today, I took the SAT practice test with College Board. I was not able to complete the entire practice test, but i got through the first and second reading sections. I answered 14 of the 21 reading questions, and got most of them correct the first time through. The question I wanted to know about the SAT was how much it actually effected which colleges will accept you. The SAT is one of the main tests that colleges will look at when looking at your profile and looking to accept you to the college.

Bell Work Answer-10/17/16

I do believe that tests are a part of the real world after high school. This is because a test will make sure you know the knowledge for the "unit". It will also make sure you are up to speed on what is going around your area and make sure you know what you are suppose to.
